Nikki Rose is a powerhouse with Midwest roots and a California spirit. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, she worked her way up from the retail floor to regional manager of multiple beauty supply chains—building teams, relationships, and a reputation for excellence.
In 2000, she made the bold move to Southern California to pursue a new chapter, eventually diving into the label and printing industry. After years of helping grow a startup label company from the ground up, Nikki took the leap and founded Choice Label Inc. in 2016.
Today, Nikki is known for going the extra mile to get her customers the best pricing and product options for their unique needs. Her commitment to service, quality, and long-standing customer relationships has helped her build a business that’s trusted nationwide.
Erica Kent was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Augusta, Georgia in 2024 to expand both her life and business. With nearly 20 years of experience, an honor’s degree from SNHU, and multiple certifications, she’s known for making numbers feel simple, strategic, and even a little magical.
Alongside her work as CFO at Choice Label Inc, Erica also leads Erica Marie Financials LLC, where she helps ambitious solopreneurs build financially sound businesses with ease. She’s also working toward her dream of launching A Better Place 4 U—a second-chance community that will provide unhoused individuals with stability, financial education, and a real shot at rebuilding their lives with purpose.
